Privacy built for paid Discord communities.

Creator accounts may include name, email address, session data, connected Discord account details, connected Stripe account IDs, membership plan settings, coupons, tracked links, and dashboard configuration.

Customer membership records may include membership email, Stripe customer and subscription IDs, Discord user ID after activation, subscription status, selected plan, source reference, coupon usage, and role sync status.

GuildPass uses Discord OAuth so creators can connect their Discord account, choose servers they manage, and configure paid role automation.

The requested Discord scopes may include identify, email, and guilds. These help GuildPass identify the Discord user, read the account email if available, and list servers the creator can manage.

Stripe processes card details, checkout, subscriptions, Stripe Connect onboarding, billing portals, and webhooks. GuildPass does not store full payment card numbers.

Customer membership payments go through the creator's connected Stripe account. GuildPass creator software subscriptions are billed separately through the GuildPass platform Stripe account.

GuildPass uses cookies and session authentication to keep creators signed in, protect dashboard routes, and support OAuth flows. These cookies are used for security and core app functionality.

Customers can use guest checkout before creating a GuildPass account. After payment, Discord activation and recovery flows use membership identifiers to locate the paid subscription safely.

GuildPass uses stored data to create checkout sessions, show creator dashboards, sync subscription status, assign or remove Discord roles, send optional welcome DMs, post enabled signup announcements, and help customers recover activation.

GuildPass does not sell personal data. Data is not used to broker or resell creator or customer information to unrelated third parties.

Creators are responsible for their Discord communities, member communications, refund policies, server moderation, community rules, and the accuracy of the membership benefits they advertise.
